1. Return Policy

  • You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
    • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
    • It must be unworn or unused.
    • All tags should be intact.
    • It should be in its original packaging.
    • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that certain items are non-returnable (see exceptions below)

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
    • Personal care goods (beauty products)
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to get in touch.

6. Exchanges

  • To get the item you want, return the existing item first.
  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
